In Devil All the Time, Alex Cross is an ordinary kid who happens to be the son of well-known tycoon Robert “Bob” Cross (Buddy Ebsen) who happens to be an extremely generous and kindhearted philanthropist. But along the way, Alex gets himself involved in much bigger problems than he could have imagined. In fact, his road trip with his friend Sandy involves dangerous waterway scams and Alex ends up stranded on a strange island with no means of communication with anyone else. The only help that comes from a seemingly unlikely source proves to be quite costly as Alex realizes he has to rescue Sandy and the only way to do so is to obtain the ultimate power of the devil known as “The Midnight House.”
