OMG, I Didn’t Expect this Movie(Trance). This Movie Deliver More than I heard to spoilers. Despite a sterling lead performance from Fahadh Faazil, Trance ends up being a mediocre film due to a disjointed storyline and a narrative that imbibes the tiny soul into the secondary characters. The director banks too much on Fahadh to his downfall, reducing almost all the secondary characters to background scenery, further losing the audience with long, montage sequences to take the story clumsily forward. The viewer is never able to buy into the antagonist’s motivations,

The causes behind the mental illnesses many of the characters suffer from, or the Nazriya-Fahadh romance. Fahadh delivers a monstrous performance, over the top when required as a faith healer, calm when in thoughts, and emote well in his personal space, especially in scenes when he breaks down. In the beginning, whenever he looks at the mirror all lost, I felt sympathy for him. Such a powerful performance it was. Anwar Rasheed’s direction is remarkable. His effort in bringing everything together to execute the writer's vision deserves applause. Hats off to the writer Vincent to bring up a sensitive subject. The movie definitely would not be an easy watch and would rub many of the viewers the wrong way. For people who are going to watch.

I would advise them to view it as Viju’s lucid dream living out the life of God in the present society, in this case. The film is for passionate movie lovers. Naturally, it is a transformation of a motivational speaker's mind who is suffering from
depression. It also elucidates the writer's thoughts on the influence of & god in a society. Anyhow this is a different experience for Malayalam film lovers. It would be best if you Defiantly watched it for a brilliant Fahadh Faazil performance. You won’t get bored with this Movie(Trance). Go For it.
